Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after they are placed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, including active giveaways, product drops, holidays, pre-orders, limited-edition releases, or fulfillment partner delays, processing may take longer. Some limited, made-to-order, pre-order, giveaway-related, or bundled items may take up to 2-6 weeks to ship depending on inventory, production timing, and order volume.
Shipping and delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we are unable to ship your order or expect a material delay, we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $100 unless otherwise stated at checkout. Standard domestic shipping rates begin at $7.99. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, order contents, and carrier availability.
Free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders shipping to one address and are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or retroactively applicable to past orders. The Car Culture may modify or end free shipping offers at any time.
Pre-Orders, Limited Items, and Split Shipments
Items marked as pre-order, limited, made-to-order, mystery box, bundle, giveaway-related, or similar may ship on a different timeline than standard in-stock merchandise. Product pages may include additional timing details.
If an order contains both in-stock and delayed items, we may hold the order until all items are ready or ship items separately at our discretion. Tracking will be provided as shipments are created.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for carrier scans and tracking updates to appear after a shipping confirmation is issued.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, unit, building, route, or other delivery details where applicable. The Car Culture ships to the address submitted with the order.
We cannot guarantee that shipping addresses, product selections, sizes, colors, or order details can be changed after an order is placed. If a customer enters an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, The Car Culture is not responsible for lost, delayed, misplaced, misdelivered, returned, or stolen packages and is not required to issue a refund, replacement, or credit.
Carrier Responsibility, Lost Packages, and Delivered Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is in the carrier's custody. The Car Culture is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, scanning errors, delivery quality, packages marked delivered by the carrier, stolen packages, or packages lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, parcel lockers, and your local carrier office. The carrier may occasionally mark a package delivered before final delivery is completed.
For packages that appear lost or damaged in transit, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We may assist with carrier claim documentation where available, but claim approval and timing are controlled by the carrier.
Returned to Sender or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal at delivery, unpaid duties or fees, or customer non-response, The Car Culture may restock the order and issue store credit at our discretion, less original shipping, return shipping, handling, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking costs.
If we contact you about a returned package, you must respond within 30 days. If we do not receive a response within 30 days after our first notice, the order may be treated as abandoned and no refund, replacement, reshipment, or credit will be owed.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations where supported at checkout. Availability can change by carrier, product, destination, and legal restrictions. The Car Culture reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally or reliably be shipped.
Customs authorities may require us to state the value of your order on the package. All customs duties, import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and other destination charges are the customer's responsibility, even if the package is refused or returned.
International merchandise availability does not mean that a customer is eligible for any sweepstakes, giveaway, or promotion. Sweepstakes eligibility is controlled only by the applicable Official Rules.
Freight Forwarders and High-Risk Addresses
The Car Culture may cancel, hold, or refuse orders shipping to freight forwarders, reshippers, package-forwarding services, hotels, temporary addresses, or addresses that present elevated fraud, delivery, or compliance risk.
Order Changes and Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not guarantee cancellations, refunds, address changes, size changes, color changes, product changes, or order modifications once an order is placed. This is especially important for sweepstakes-related purchases because entries may be automatically submitted at the time of purchase and cannot be reversed or modified by the customer.
