All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. The Car Culture does not offer cash refunds, order cancellations, or order modifications after checkout except where required by law or expressly approved by The Car Culture in writing.

For sweepstakes-related purchases, entries may be automatically and immediately submitted at the time of purchase. Entries cannot be reversed, transferred, returned, exchanged, modified, or redeemed for cash. A purchase is not required to enter or win any sweepstakes, and the no-purchase entry method is described in the applicable Official Rules.

Eligible Exchanges and Store Credit

We may accept eligible exchanges or returns for store credit only. Exchange requests must be made within 15 days after the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.

To be eligible, merchandise must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, odors, damage, hair, lint, or other signs of use, and returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and order documentation. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

We do not guarantee exchanges for size, color, style, or customer preference. If an exchange is approved, replacement availability depends on current inventory. If the requested replacement is unavailable, The Car Culture may issue store credit at its discretion.

How to Request an Exchange

Before sending anything back, contact us through our Contact Us page. Include your order number, name, email address, item(s), reason for the request, and photos when applicable.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior written approval, order identification, or return instructions may be refused or may experience processing delays. Approval to send an item back does not guarantee that the item will be accepted after inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless The Car Culture confirms in writing that the item was defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly shipped by us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order qualified for free shipping, the actual original shipping cost may be deducted from any store credit or approved refund where permitted.

The Car Culture is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage and tracking number.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item claims must be reported within 3 days after delivery. Claims submitted after that window may be denied.

To help us review the issue, include clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, packing slip, and all contents received. Please keep the item and original packaging until the claim is resolved, because the carrier or fulfillment partner may require inspection.

If The Car Culture confirms that we shipped an incorrect item or that an item arrived defective or damaged before delivery, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or issue a refund at our discretion and as required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless The Car Culture confirms that the item was defective or incorrectly shipped by us:

  • Digital products, digital entries, or electronic-delivery items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, limited-edition, mystery box, bundle, giveaway-related, pre-order, made-to-order, custom, or personalized items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging or required documentation.

Returned to Sender or Refused Packages

Returned-to-sender or refused packages may be restocked at our discretion. If store credit is issued, it may be reduced by original shipping, return shipping, handling, carrier charges, and any applicable restocking costs.

If we contact you about a returned package and do not receive a response within 30 days after our first notice, the order may be treated as abandoned and no refund, replacement, reshipment, or credit will be owed.

Incorrect Addresses and Delivered Packages

Customers are responsible for entering accurate checkout information before placing an order. The Car Culture is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, misplaced, misdelivered, or stolen because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

If carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, The Car Culture is not required to issue a refund, replacement, or credit for the order.

Fraud, Abuse, and Sweepstakes Integrity

Fraudulent activity, return abuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to purchase merchandise primarily to obtain sweepstakes entries and then return the merchandise may result in denial of a return, cancellation of store credit, disqualification from the applicable promotion, and a ban from future promotions, to the extent permitted by the applicable Official Rules and law.

Coupon Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot adjust prices, apply coupon codes, or combine promotions after an order has been submitted. Only one discount code may be used per purchase unless otherwise stated. Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
